Super Jet design for rn superjet

The ridding season in Minnesota is coming to a close, and my 98 superjet is sun-faded. so i plan on repainting my ski this winter, only problem is that i am not very creative and need some help coming up with a cool design. i am looking to do something not too complicated since i have only done single color paint jobs. and this would be my first paint job with a design in it. i am pretty open to different colors and designs, so if someone could come up with something cool to paint on my ski that would be awesome.

I'm schemed challenged as well. IMO .. Just do a base color and have a vinyl wrap for the accents . I got a quote for about 300 /400 to do a complete wrap with marine grade vinyl. You will have 250 minimum in primer and paint plus labor if you DYI it.

Seasons close to ending? I'm counting on another 2 plus solid months of ride time before I put em away!

As far as paint goes... don't think you want my advice. I'm still stuck on the kick a$$ paint jobs from the 80's!

Thanks for the line drawing! I've been looking for this.

I'll probably upgrade to two part paint, but for right now I just take fineline tape (available at paint and body supply stores) and lay out graphics and then use rattle can.
The key is that you have to clear it AND wetsand and buff it. Otherwise it looks like poop.

I don't know if this would leave enough clearance for the water channels in the hood, and I didn't draw the lines because my hand isn't steady enough to without it looking like crap, so I just erased what was there.....ski diagram 2.JPG

rattel can it flat black...then when it starts peeling it will look even more bad ass then a flat black ski!
IMO wrap is the way togo unless your experienced in painting and set-up for it....oh and you've got to be meticulous and patient or diy paint jobs look like a diy paint job
