Bit worried about the timing settings you're using... Seems like an awfully high rev limit and not a lot of timing pulled out... I think I'm running an 8000 rev limit and pulling out about the same timing. I'd like to see you retard more and/or lower the rev limit...

Which one should i try?
Maybe with 28 degree i can make starter life easier?
Performance curve is the same with 9000 or 8250 Limit. Or is there Any waste of Performance?

So, what should be my Main Goal?
To Start at about 28-30 to Safe the startet Abit. And under 20 at 7000? And rev limiter 8 or 9 k ?

With the issue your having your main goal should be to verify your static timing with the engine running and a timing light. ( when I set my static with the LED, it was 3 deg further advanced when checked with a timing light. I kept adjusting the static timing slightly via the LED until I my running timing when checked with the timing light matched my static goal ) I'll send you a pic of my switch positions in a bit
