thanks! also, my protec ride plate sticks out the back of my ski pretty far, im thinkin about d cutting it will i have serious porpoising problems for normal riding? im 130lbs so im thinking not?

Before you D-cut it, just cut it flush to the back of the ski.... ride it and see what you wanna do from there.

Yeah like I said sn=smc/ rn is glass , don't use poly on the sn. The rn is alright to use poly

Dude I was told to only use poly on the topdeck of a rn cuz the sn is smc( plastic) and epoxy is all that will adhere well enough to make it structually sound, I used same stuff on the nose of my sn and ended up having to cover it with epoxy resin and more glas

The topdeck of a Roundnose is glass, not SMC.

The bottom deck of my squarenose was SMC, the topdeck was DEFINATLY glass though..

Dunno if thats a yearly thing but thats how my 1990 was.
