Deveined exit nozzel

I got mine used from the ski clinic and it was carbon wrapped to add some strength back. i'm sure they break even more if the 2 back nozzle feet are the only things holding the pump in , like on the front Oring setups without front feet. on a couple 144 setups, I just got in there with a big crescent wrench and broke most of the fins off and didn't grind the rest out.

Yeah I did this, was a pain in the a$$. Took a few hours. I first snApped all the veins to make them as small as possible with vise grips. Then used lots of grinding disks and a mini belt sander. Left just a little bit of a hump for some strength.

Sometimes without vanes you will get a spiraling jet stream that makes the ski turn slightly at speed. Vanes and a tapered nozzle were the fix. I would leave the vanes and just bore the nozzle.
