Super Jet Died during WOT run, rough restarts.

Yeah check for deep marks. You might have gotten lucky. I did with my cylinder. Was full of aluminum deposits but zero scoring. If you can't notice any deep scores, clean off the aluminum with muriatic acid and go from there.

The acid is really cheap too. I'd recommend putting in a light coat, then a paper towel over it to control spillage around the ports, then wet it out as needed. Alot of it will melt right off but some of it you might have to use a little emery cloth or you could try a scotch bright pad. Just take your time and be careful around the ports.

Because if the acid gets into the aluminum part of the cylinder near the ports that's not good..
