300/440/550 Diffrence in 87' to a 90' to a 93' 650sx hull?

what are the diffrences from a 1987 year 650sx hull to a 1990 650sx to a 1993 650sx hull? anything diffrent? because im getting a deal on a 1990 hull with title and reg and i want to transfer all my 1987 parts to that. will i need anything or is it a straight swap??? i need to know asap since im planning to pick it up this weekend. i also dont mind haveing the other hull since its a blank hull no cf numbers or anything since it hasnt been registerd in 10+ years. this other hull comes with pole and i think other stuff too. plus its less 80's since its white and black. also are all the steering cables for the 650sx the same?? thanks for the help!

I think all the 650sx hulls are the same and you can swap everything back and forth.

oh sweet then im set!thanks mam! ill have a ski to learn for the summer and then i can rienforce my other hull for surf so i can give it a try and if i do good maybe buy another ski this winter (SJ so i can try it)!

The '91+ 650sx hulls have rear exhaust.

You'll be fine, everything will swap over.

I think all you'd need is the different exhaust hose, you could check an online parts supplier for different part #s to be sure.

okay i checked the diagrams from waht i can tell all it is is a longer hose that goes to the back for the exhaust other then that it seems to be the same hull just with rear exhaust. that would be nice too. i can always use like a big radiator hose or something.

Exhaust hose is different with a rear outlet and if your useing the stock 87 engine and carb you"ll have to install a fuel pump like the 87 has.

couldnt i just take the fuel pump out of the 87 and put it in the 93??? also i dont even know if it has an aftermarket carb. waht was stock on the 650sx in 1987?

You could just bolt in a 770 engine out of a tigershark like me http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/69444&highlight=tigershark haha but I wouldnt recommend doing that. It has been quite a bit of work.

lol that would be sweet but i would rather just get a sj to try it out instead of tying up lots of money into the 650sx. the 1993 hull might be out of the question so i will be looking at the 90's hull to see if he still has it by next week.

the hull i have hasnt been registered in like 10+ years and just incase i cant register it under my name i was gunna swap everything from that hull to another one that has been registered. i got a bill of sale but i mean still you never know.
