diy beach dolly

I want to make a beach dolly. The plan is to use an aluminum moving dolly and front wheels from a tractor lawn mower.

Any thoughts? ideas

There are some past threads where people have done similar things. I find the wench on my Bigfoot to be invaluable. Also that seems like a pretty steep price for a frame when you look at how a bigfoot is made. Have you considered buying the aluminum and finding a welder? I cut aluminum fairly easily on my mider saw and other saws and take my cuts to a welder.

Just found that right now. Can support the weight and aluminum matches the shape of beach totes.

I checked out the Costco ones when I was building mine, they seemed really brittle and rickety. I started my build with a alumnium Milwaukee. The steel hand trucks were very heavy.

No, but look at Scotts2T, the link he posted. Do what he did, I believe it fits what your goals are very well.

It does but it requires a bit of welding.
