Super Jet do i need the temp sensor? 701 sj

have the temp sensor still on my ebox, but have a girdled head, and its kinda hanging in there, could i just snip it off? any way of removing it?

remove from inside the ebox and install a tidy bilge. replaces that grommet and keeps your engine compartement lookin fresh :bigok:

Boyer at OCD Solutions sells a Temp Sensor Delete Kit. I just installed one on my 701. Works great, looks clean, super simple to set up.

I cut mine after I disconnected it. Free.

I cut it and leave the wires in the grommet to keep the ebox sealed up. You can put silicone in the holes if you decide to remove the wires from the grommet.

Don't forget to put some "liquid Tape" on the part you cut so it doesnt corrode and make contact with each other
