Super Jet do i need to rejet or adjust carb specs

i have a 701 cylinder but am looking at buying a 82mm bored cylinder (718 i believe). Do i need to rejet my stock carbs, or can i just adjust the tuning screws on the carb and richen the motor for the larger piston size?

Depending on how much porting there is I would think a you should throw a little more fuel at it maybe go up a size or 2 on main jet
