Does any one do a deck conversion for the 750sx ??????????

Ok so i have tried looking for a deck conversion for my 750sx i know its not a super jet but it would be different if someone would do one and i bet they would sell good too ......and on another note can some one please help me i wanna do the 701 motor in my 750sx too i know i know i am trying to do the super jet thing but i like the 750sx but i just wanted to know what i need to do the motor in my 750sx like the motor plate and what electronics and stuff if you could help i would appreciate it ....thanks

No not a flat deck butyou know how people do the sxr deck conversion on their square nose sj well i would like to see something like that for my 750sx so a lighter hood better construction and lighter over all cause then you could re foam and do what you would like you know .....

Never seen a SN with an SXR topdeck.

But back to your problem.
You want a lighter hull with a lighter/stronger aftermarket hood and a Yamaha motor. Hmmm
Why not get a SuperJet ??

That SXI hull is just too heavy.

i think you are refering to a watercraft factory topdeck. it will fit a sn bottom and has rear gunwhales similar to an sxr...

I've never heard of or seen a topdeck replacement/conversion for the 750. I just finished a yami 701 conversion in my 750. Wasn't too hard, just some 3/16" aluminum, yami motor mounts, bolts and a umi kawi coupler for the yami crank and it goes right in. You have to run the yami electrics, just make a conversion plate to mount the ebox to. The actual engine alignment and install went pretty smooth and the engine fits better with a b pipe than it does in the yamaha hull...I can fit two fingers between the pipe and the hull. I know there was another build you can find by searcing "yamasaki" where he used a blaster mod pipe and the stock waterbox and then switched to a limited or mod pipe with no waterbox I believe. On mine, I glassed in mounts for a waterbox in the nose and used a pjs aluminum box out of a 550. I really like the combination...I don't think it's heavy at all compared to a buddy's square with all the same mods. I really like the combination even though I'm still getting used to it.

Well i dont really want a super jet i like my 750 i just want to do something different i just dont know how to do it or i would do my own and thanks about the motor swap info did you use the motor plate out of the kawasaki or the yami and i just need to find out more info on how exactly to do the swap right .....

just stop beating around the bush and get a SJ.... u will not regret it. I have had 650 sx's, 750sxi's, and nothing is like a well built up SJ.....plus the billion AM parts available is always fun. Its like leggos for big kids!

the 750 hadnles terrible compared to say the sxr. I would just get rid of the 750 hull or leave it as is. Its not worth the time, money or effort to change a 750.

there si not to much you can do with an 750 sx hull you can pull some lb out by trimming this and that you can make the 750 motor have good snap if its the 750 sx motor it has the lower port timing of any kawasaki 750 or 800 motor its 1or 2mm or so lower then an sxr if i rember. if you do sxr carbs a factory pipe and a head you will be happy with it i got a bunch of kawai parts kicking around if you need any thing

you can drop the 15lbs of dead hull weights that kawasaki so kindly installed it it..

the only down fall is you have to cut into the rear of the ski to get 2 of the plates that are glued to the side of the hull.

i dont really understand the whole putting the yamaha motor in the kaw sx hull, i have riden a few trick out super jets and the my 750sx definitly has more power, i do have just about everything done to the motor except porting that you can do to the sx motor, not to brag or anything, the sx is definitly a good all purpose machine but i agree with everyone else if you want a good freestyle machine that you can by everything and anything for just get ride of the sx and get a superjet
