I ordered parts from them almost 3 weeks ago and there web site says they still haven't shipped. I've called them but they don't answer, i left messages, no reply, i emailed them, no respond.
Does anyone know a different way to contact them or has anyone ordered stuff from them or know what there deal is??
I just want my parts!!

I had some trouble with them a few weeks back as well. They only respond to my emails. Maybe send them another email. Or call and leave messages. Hope it works out for you.

Looks like they charged my card for the parts on Feb 21st... haven't heard back from them yet.

They've been hit and miss for me. Sometimes (maybe when they are slow?) Hes SUPER responsive, even proactive...

But I called the other day and it took a couple days to hear back. He actually responded to a post on here faster than calling I think LOL... but I don't think thats normal, just ironic.

He'll probably take care of you but I would ask for an explanation if it were me.
