Does anyone make a super tall bow eye?

I have 1 inch foam and another half inch wedge under my turf at my rear bow eye location. Does anyone make a really long bow eye that I could use in this spot? Any other suggestions? I only use the rear bow eye when using my hitch hauler.20190601_103150.jpg20190601_103157.jpg

Thanks everybody. I did end up ordering one. I think its still going to be a tad too short but I am planning on compressing the foam with some clamps to get it installed.

The other problem will be the leverage against it since the foam offers no structural integrity. You may find it gets bent and tears the turf if you use it for anything other than tying down on the trailer.

I did the same wedge and had the same problem so I ended up just using one of IDOK's towing straps inserted through a slit in the turf.

I made a slit in the turf and shoved the tow strap up from the bottom so the stainless ring is pulled up tight against the hull. All the stress is applied directly to the hull so it doesn't pull on the turf at all.

Some have installed a piece of spacer like a piece of pvc pipe for support and for something to tighten against.

OCD, that is an excellent idea. I thought about some kind of strap but didnt see anything I liked until I saw your setup. Since the bow eye is on the way I am going to try and make it work with a tube shim to take up the slack and hopefully get it tight.

I have pretty much the same padding. I just put a bow eye U bolt under the tray. Works great and the nuts in the tray are easily covered by the thick padding, you can’t tell they are even there under the turf.
