That frosting seems to be normal operating procedure for carbs. Usually water ingestion. I think its worse with the taper bored carbs though. You get that accelerating air flow mixing with fuel and it really cools off the bell and you get some condensate there. Maybe next time feel the bells are they really cold?

I noticed it a lot more with my old buckshots, with my 38's I rarely get any now.
 
Yes they are ice cold intake manifold is also ice cold....
So its normal and cant do anything about it?

Normal, the more humid the air is the worse the frosting is. Its not going to hurt anything. I would just fog after riding dry out bilge and clean it off.
