drill or not drill out power factor manifold

seeing those bottom bolts i understand why most motors have that manifold on already before it goes into the ski!

i put mine on while the motor was in the ski, i had zero issues. But i was using 8mm bolts and a 12mm wrench for the bottom middle bolts
