Before I start drilling into my carbs I just want to make sure I'm drilling the right spot.

What method do you use to extract the plug?
On automotive carbs we drilled a small hole in to the plug and used a sheet metal screw threaded into the hole and a small slide hammer to extract the plug. Could prolly also use side cutting pliers to grab the screw and pry the plug out instead of a slide hammer.

Lows are turned in all the way and highs are at 1/2.
This seems like lean settings from what I've read on here. 62t top and bottom.
