96 SJ with a Rive dry pipe, keeps shearing the front rubber isolator bushing. I have had no problems with the rear bushing. I'm not sure what to do and I'm sick of replacing bushings. I would love to take it off and put on a b pipe but thats not in the budget right now. Need to make the current setup work.

Did you spend some time to properly align the pipe? Without the coupler attached? These pipes (along with the FP type 4) require some serious alignment! You may need to enlargen the bracket holes to make it fit OK. Do you use the mag bracket as well? Please do! If this is done properly (which could take a while), the pipe just keep on working!

Alignment is definitely the key. I helps if you use all three lord mounts, distributes the weight and vibration better. You may even have to shim them with washers for optimum alignment. My husband and I both run dry pipes an never had this particular issue. However we went through our share of couplers because of improper alignment.
