what do u think about the duel fuel pumps? should i drill out the mag carb return and delete the second pump or tap a new/second pulse nipple into the case so i can keep both pumps?
I cant answer your question, only tell you what i did. I used an 8" extension with a ryobi quick change bit. I stuffed the intake with rags and vacuumed when i was done drilling before i removed the rag. The bit and extension wobble so i started at a small bit and went up 2 sizes at a time to let the tool do the work. The fitting is a press fitting. I puta little jb weld on it before i pressed it in. I think jetmaniac supplied the part.
You can try an angled reed spacer with a oulse fitting in it but hull space in the x2 is limited. Im not sure it fits.
