Stupid Question, Dual Cooling line 3/8"? same as stock am I right?

Yes both are 3/8".

Sweet, Thx bro. I have a Riva Red Pipe dont ask why I got it for super cheap. Been reading that the holes get plugged up alot? Obviously it would help to put Water Filters on both incoming lines from the pump, but is it necessary?

That should be a whole separate topic but strainers can be bought fairly cheap from mcmaster carr if you choose to go that route. If you do a search on here, you should be able to find "strainer" and a part number for them.

i run the water filter and you would be surprised on whats going through the engine without it!

I practice in a 5 acre pond about 5 mins from my house and it has S""T floating in it 24/7, Are the relatively small cuz im working with very little room with bilges, ebox, etc. Kawi_mods is it a hassle to open up and clean the strainer?

Blowsion makes a sick one a little bit or same size as an advil container ( don't ask how i thought of that comparison) and it is dead easy to see and take apart and clean!
i take mine apart and look at it every ride. takes 30 seconds top
