Why not run a fuel selector valve with the on line going to the superjet tank. Run the reserve line to the rrp tank. Put the return line into the rrp tank. Now run the vent line for the rrp tank to the superjet tank. That way the rrp tank is always full and the excess fuel will overflow into the superjet tank.

I have been running the set up in the diagram for 2 years with no issues whatsoever. You may be able to set it up differently but the tank that is always full is the tank the carbs pull from first. My carbs pull from my rear tank (RRP) cuz i want to be able to use just my rear tank or have less weight in the front as my fuel diminishes.

Thanks man. I really like the idea of having 2 tanks but wanted someone to confirm that it worked and was trouble free. When you are just running the rrp tank is all the fuel from the return making it back to thever rrp or does some get stuck in the front cell?

No worries. A buddy of mine runs it the same way with no issues either. Front tank empties completely. Just make sure your pick ups go all the way down. I just have my two outlets at the bottom the Jazz fuel cell with no pick ups.
