What are the best e-box gaskets? Can/should an oem gasket in good shape be reused?

I've always re-used my stock gasket, if its ripped its toast, put some grease on it when re assemble the box, that really helps seal it up or silicone it closed. The thing with silicone is it makes it hard if you need to get back in the box but not impossible, silicone is best grease is second
