hey guys just throwing this thread out there to help me with brain storming some ideas. I have an flame total loss in a sealed box and am playing with different ideas on where to mount it. Normally I would mount it on the bulk head but my motor sits so far back in the hull that it is a very tight fit, and not only that it would be almost impossible to get to without removing my b-pipe manifold or motor to get it out. I was mounting my total loss MSD on the side of my hull but I am going to be running a pfp instead of a b-pipe soon so the waterbox will be in the way. I am thinking I might try to mount it between the gas tank and the motor (would work with the 2 gallon tank I am running) but if I want to go to a larger tank it would not.
My only constraints to the ideas are that I want it to be mounted in the hull ie. not on the underside of the hood, or other stupid place; and I want easy access to it.
Thanks for the help.
