Is there a difference between the two large red wires above. Based on the manual one goes to the battery and one goes to the starter. However the lengths seem to be backwards. So the position that goes to the battery doesnt go past the engine, while the other is extra long.

Also, what is this? It is bundled with the start/stop, i did not have anything like it before.

Looks like you bought an ebox out of a sit down ski that has the battery at the rear. Lengths are wrong plus you have extra wires and connectors that you don't need in a standup.

The red lead 10 mm cable with the small red wire which comes off and goes to fuse holder come straight from the battery and other to the starter
The wiring block in your hand doesn't come from superjet electrics unless it's a mod someone done

As stated, you have an e-box from a sit down. The extra plug is from a gauge cluster.

Hard to say why it won't crank. Something hooked up wrong, bad connections, bad start relay, bad start switch, bad starter, etc.

Some sit down skis have a security function built into the gauge cluster which would require a code be entered before it could be started. If the ski your e-box came out of one of those skis it will not start without a gauge. However, I am sure someone with a wiring diagram could figure out how to by-pass the gauge.
