Other than JSS who can look at my stator, test it and make sure it still works good. I had a bendix let go and its not damaged much other than the scrapes on the 3 coils. I can get pics

Also my SS switch. Something is wrong with it. Push the start button and engine cranks but no spark, the second I let off the start button there is spark and the engine will start. Its a B***h to start cold and killin my starter. Switch must be going to ground...

JSS says since they rebuilt the things once, that Cory does not want to look at them again and for me to go buy new parts. I even told him i dont expect warranty, Ill cover repair.
I havent ridden my stand up in 3 years, where did the customer service go? I mean this is what JSS does, I dont get it.

Thanks, I saw where Chris is selling the new SS wire harness. I might have to go that route. I have another stator in the ski that works, but I wanted to get another for backup.

The OEM start/stop harness is the only way to go! Jetmaniac sells them for under $90 which is a no-brainer at that price point.
I keep a few in stock and use them exclusively as it's just not worth my time to go in and mess with used components.

I try not to mess with any stator testing or repair these days but I am just about ready for a new back flush kit...

Bought a new SS switch from Jetmaniac and its now installed. Man the engine in my ski is filthy, my whole ski is filthy.. I'm ashamed its so dirty. I should of never let this thing sit up so long.
