But the plan is to drastically "reduce" the amount of drivers/cars so that many more Power Plants will not be necessary, because that many EV's are not "Sustainable."

Forced urbanization was a thing in China 25ish years ago. Urban dwellers generally don’t form strong ties to their “community”, so they don’t stand up for each other and thus are easier to control. It’s all evil.

Hybrid seems best way to go. Or a compressed air hybrid with gas engine instead of electric would be even better.

I have seen a few Hydrogen-EV hybrids or you can just do this , technically thats a gas -electric hybrid right , or is that just a range extender ?

Large corporations have been doing basically the same thing here except it comes as an offer thats hard to refuse. They usually want people to move in order to get the job.
