That is exactly what it is as well... Also, have no clues how old that starter is as well as it came from my previous ski which I had bought years ago... I am sure it was a used starter to begin with ... Not a new SBT starter... I am almost sure of that... !!!

FINAL RESULTS:

After a new OEM relay.... a new SBT Hi-torque starter .... a new ground wire... The results are in !!!

The lead wire coming off of the battery ( positive cable ) to Ebox was the culprit... It held continuity, but, it had some type of internal problems which caused this issue...
