Any reinforcement will add weight. How much weight depends on the amount of reinforcement, the materials used, and the skill of the installer.
Price of reinforcement is also directly related to these factors.

I would Call Brian at Thrust, He has built all of the above for both rick and eric, and for many other guys on here. He can let you know what you will gain and loose with each different set-up.

Hell, if I had 25k to spend on a jetski, I would look into a Lenzi. Looking at videos of free style, the Lenzis also go higher then the rickter.

Ditto,

If i had 25k I would buy a FS2 white hull and expend the rest with hookers.

That what I would do with 25k

My buddy Lucas rides both surf & flatwater, I would say he's become a hell of a rider in the last 1yr. He's riding a 08 SJ for surf & a Superfreak/XS1000 for flatwater. He rode the Q8 at Daytona & wasn't pleased with it....He enjoys the Rickter & I would guess he'll have one in the next yr.

The Rickter is just the best of both worlds, more stable than a oem SJ, but with the right power is great at flatwater & surf with the same hull. You can't go wrong with the Rickter, imo.... That said I'm Riding a carbon FS1 with XS1000 under the hood.

if money were no object then it'd be a full carbon FS-2, surfproofed with an XS1000/49fullspecs/Bpipe/EPIC

wouldnt it be great if we lived where $ is no object,$25k on a standup ski just sounds ta ta to me.you better have a sick house and Autos if you got that ski or get financial advise from someone with a berg, stein or gold name lol
