wouldnt it be great if we lived where $ is no object,$25k on a standup ski just sounds ta ta to me.you better have a sick house and Autos if you got that ski or get financial advise from someone with a berg,stein or gold name lol

I've got the sicks cars...and honestly the expensive ski gets more use from me. The problem with my cars is that anytime I am REALLY enjoying them I seem to be at risk for getting arrested. The ski seems to be the opposite. I have probably just been lucky, but the local water cops pretty much leave us alone. We can do whatever we want with these skis and usually have just a few bruises to show for it.

If I had 25k to spend on a ski I'd get a BOB with an XS 865, mag pump, etc. for flat and a reinforced superjet with a baby scream 701 for surf. Then I'd spend the remaining 10k on a sh*t ton of gas and go ride the hell out of them.

Brian's a friend & his ski is 4 sale & mines not so I can't compare the two ski's. My suggestion to you, ride/demo a few ski's with different motors to see what your going to like. I love my Rickter/1000cc, but others that ride it say its to much power... I say BS, lol

Ride a few before you drop the coin on any ski, thats my .02

If your on a budget, the BOB is the way to go. IMO You can have a BOB, XS1000, Mag pump for under 20K..... If you built a Carbon Rickter, XS1000, Mag, etc thats a 30-32K boat.

Because they can. Because most people haven't seen a BOB in person or rode one. Because they choose to. Because Rickter and EME hulls are very nice. Because they have a lot of money. Because they want to get laid. Etc. and so on.

Thats funny you say that but I have the opposite issue,I have a few Turbo supras that are stupid fast,In our city there are so many places to get away with driving all out its not a issue,But we get tickets riding our skis all the time,the water police are the biggest pricks in the world here
