I thought now that my build is done, I would go ahead and share my Experiences with Eric and EME here. You are welcome to disagree but this is my experience and opinion:

"-So first off my experience with EME and Eric was great! my hull took a little longer as we did a custom gel coat color, but I knew that ahead of time and was worth the wait (4months). Eric kept me in the loop from day 1 to the day I picked it up. If I had a question he got back to me in a timely manner. The Ski looks great, the turf looks great, and I'm super excited. Eric even took extra time to throw a mock up engine in the ski and make sure I knew how to make sure my alignment is good. Also, when I went to pic my ski up, I arrived about an hour ahead of schedule. Eric was not at the shop at the time so he arranged for Ryan to meet up with me and EME treated me to lunch before meeting up at the shop! That's customer service. Since purchase I can still contact Eric with any build question and he promptly responds." -From my build thread

I can still contact Eric and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I even sent Eric pictures of a Used pump I was looking at to get his opinion on if it was a good price. Also I can text Ryan anytime with any question and he response right away! I have also ordered build parts from EME and they are quick to ship them out! (same day or next day).

My experience with EME has been nothing but positive! I only had one problem with my hull and that was the scupper. Ryan and Eric both took the time to help me figure out what the problem was and they sent me a replacement that works great.

So in closing, I would not hesitate to order any hull or parts from EME in the future!

I've been nothing short of impressed with Ryan so far, hope he sticks around with EME for a while.

When I was looking for an A/M hull last year, I was looking for something that I could easily transfer my Kawi driveline into but still be able to change to Yamaha power easily. After A few conversations with Eric on the phone, I knew I wanted to go EME. He took the time to explain the differences in the hull designs in detail, and answered all my questions in a timely manner at any time of day. And since I purchased the hull, he still contacts me occasionally Just to follow up, the last text I got from he asked If I got the backflip down yet? He told me to send him a video and he would give me some pointers. Now that's customer service. I know there are mixed opinions about EME out there. But from my experience with EME, it's nothing but positive.

That's another good point Swanny! Eric is aware that when his riders look good, so does his product. At the Torch Lake ride he spent a lot of time working with Sammy(smusleh) working on perfecting his form on backflips as well as getting his ski adjusted to better suit his style.

I absolutely LOVE my q8. It's incredibly flickable yet I can race it around like a jet boat; doesn't even porpoise
