EME Micro Build

Hello,
Wanted to put up a build thread for my EME Micro Hull, The reason I chose the Micro was Hull/Rideplate extension, Price of $3900 for hull with 1 year warranty and ability to back flip with stock 701 so i a am hopping with a mildly worked 750 Kawasaki i will be able to also. This is my first A/M hull build. i was very pleased with the fit and finish of the Micro i had EME do the pump alignment. I thought it was well worth having them align and silicone the pump for a very reanoable price.

Small pin 750 Kawasaki
R&D head 27cc
R&D Intake 46mm carb
Vforce 3 reeds
Factory pipe with sxr chamber
Octane water box
Aluminum exhaust tube
2 gal cart tank
140mm kawi pump
Stubby cone
X2 trim nozzle converted to flip up
Hooker 10/16
Works scoop grate
I also have been keeping track of hours on the build I am at 41 hours as of 3/14/14

Holy silicone on that pump....reminds me of my old eme hah. I had a sxr 800 motor in my old Q8 Stalker Hull and was attempting some flips (none successful ha) I would think that you could be close off a boat wake for sure. These are cool boats, I got to try Ryans micro at detroit river days last year with the 701 in it.

I definitely like how eme uses the carbon bedplate system with the kawi motors over their 4 plate system with the yami setup.

Oh and by the way...cool build and great turf skills! Enjoy and lets see some video if the weather ever turns around.

Thanks this was my 3rd turf job my 1st was on 750sx 2nd SXR....
And yes I got to try Ryans ski also if i can progress to flip of boat wakes that will be fine with me....

Awesome mix of colors.. works very well.
I'm assuming you're not planning on pulling that pump out anytime soon?

It's not really that much silicone the hull can accept up to 160mm pump and I am using stock 140mm

Did you do the build in Eric's shop. Looks like it. And the color combo is pretty sick, nice and visible on the water!

The color is super sick. It looks like the color on Josh Desanctis' neon sherbert lime green Q8

Shouldn't your R&D head be spun 180 so the water flows across the cylinder?

Nice! It took a while, but the micro has really grown on me. I definitely appreciate it's unique look.

Watching the Iceman ride the Micro in Parker was impressive. He is a fairly big dude on a tiny ski... and can throw it around well.
