I've just bought a q8 hull, could anyone tell me where I can get the correct size driveshaft I no eme sell them but they want $275 for one. Can they be made anywhere cheaper than that? Any help would be good thanks.

650sx fits the setback mag pumps, so does 750ssxi

HBC watercraft makes them...and jetmaniac can make you any size dirveshaft you need........

To me this is false. True it will work with the setback but! The front seal on the bearing plate will be not contacting the driveshaft. Prematurely leading to bearing failure. I had ben at hbc make me a nice stainless one. Also with the 650 you need a add on extension and the 750 will put the motor way to far forward

im using a stock sxr pump, i got a 650sx driveshaft but was about 4inches to long. i will pm jetmaniac and hbc. thanks.

andy , ben at hbc makes driveshafts and he had an eme also so may have parts from that

Works on mine and a friends q8 and it's what Eric told me to run, but hey what do I know about it? In fact Eric sent the 650 driveshaft. Rides in bearing like its supposed to. We run Polaris setups. The 750ssxi shaft is outta sit-down not sxi, same dimensions as 650sx
