Other Enclosed trailer panel bolts?!?

Anybody know where to get the special tool to remove those funky exterior panel bolts? they're not a normal Torx bit. i tried google with no success. My Matco guy even shrugged his shoulders.

is it just the tamper proff torx? (the torx with the little stud in the middle) If so you can find those tools pretty easy online.

its a security bit...harbor freight sells a whole kit with different ones..
