Custom/Hybrid Evinrude etec engine swap

I was looking at the evinrude etec 60 hp outboard and was wondering if a swap into a 650 would be possible or if anyone had tried it before. Any thoughts?

probably be alot easier to buy the ski you want or find a proven motor for the swap. and 60hp isnt enough
