why do they not put hin numbers in the rickter hulls ? or do they ?
if you had a shop issue a bill of sale for the hull as a jet ski and it had a hin you should just be able to show the number and the bill of sale and get tagged.

Here in Cali I was in n out in ten minutes with my evo. Told them I bought a starter kit and used everything from a registered ski. Here if you register as home built they want to see all receipts and its kind of a pita, but saying its a starter kit made a difference. Home built would be if you built the hull by hand, so in any case read your states rules closely and there are always loop holes.

And inside of the hull there is sort of a vin but mainly serial number with what model and some numbers and then the weight, but they issue vin's here as we'll if needed.

In Texas Its not to bad I used the id # in the hull as a vin Showed reciepts and called it a KIT done deal

Confusing name. My Trinity hull is called an EVO...not sure why they would use the same name.
