Super Jet Exhaust manifold leaking, new gasket, do I need gasket sealer?

I am getting frustrated with my new pipe. I have torn it apart 4 times and I still have a leak in the same spot. I am tightening each port on the manifold in an X pattern and both of them pretty evenly. It is really really hard to get the inner, upper most bolts tigthened. I can't get a socket on there so I have to use a normal open end wrench.

1st time bolts not tight enough, bad gasket
2nd time still bad gasket but I realized it this time
3rd time I was dumb and did not put the washers on 2 of the bolts, worst 2
4th time with new gasket, bolts put in right. small leak in the same spot.....

Should I use a gasket sealer? on my gasket, It looks great compared to the old one.
Could I be torquing to bolts too tight? I am not sure of the torque specs on the aftermarket aluminum manifold?

Here is a picture of the engine and the screwdriver is pointing to where it is leaking. Pipe leake FX1.jpg

The 2 inner bolts are the hard ones to tighten, but they are about as tight as all the other ones.
I just found my torque wrench, looked at Factory Pipe specs for the manifold and they say only 13lbs? So I de-torqued all of mine to 15lbs each and now they are all evenly torqued, accept the 2 center ones, but they are at least 15lbs, they are tight.

I am debating on starting it up to see if the bolts were just to tight and making things uneven but should i tear it the rest of the way down to put sealer on the manifold gasket? The water was leaking into the ports in the cylinder, and on the outside of the manifold.

I put the manifold against a straight edge and also the block. It seems to be right on after multiple checks. I know sometimes it is not that easily detected though. i will see if I can find a machine shop around here. Could I just use some gasket sealer to get through the weekend or could that mess things up? I was thinking of trying gasket sealer on the old oem gasket and keeping the new one as a stand by.

Got the manifold decked, we looked at it at the shop and it was a tiny bit warped, and I found out that the gasket that came for my pipe was 760 gasket after comparing them online. I slapped it on with the old not so great oem gasket and it sealed up great. But I was not able to get the carb dialed in in time for the weekend so I had to ride my sit down all weekend.
