Exhaust manifold sp vs bp

Im on a chicken build and bought a 750sp and a sts bp pipe but i dont have any manifold yet ! There is some flange type from mani to headpipe but is there some difference on a bp vs sp at the exhaust port flange or they are all the same!

650, small pin, big pin, sxr 800, all same.

Couch models use a bigger 4 bolt pattern where the head pipe bolts on to the manifold. All 750 standup models use the small 4 bolt pattern and that's big or small pin. 650 manifolds are 3 bolt on top and most aftermarket pipes use the 3 bolt type.

Ah, I should specify I was talking about the exhaust port on the cylinder to the manifold. They are different at the manifold to head pipe joint as buzzard said and I think you said in the original post.

650 ports are square. 61x 701 ports are angled at the bottom and 62t ports are even bigger than 61x but the same shape. Those are the only 3 port configurations
