Purchased 6 Billet Mixture Screw Knobs, received 4. Contacted them 3 separate times by email and phone weeks apart, each time ending with them PROMISING they would send out another 2 "tomorrow" and never received them. I eventually just gave up on trying to get them because "$$ Lost" < "Stress/Phone Call". Not sure what others experience's have been like with them but I was not impressed and have since lost interest in purchasing larger cost items from them.

hey parsons, i realize this is an old post, but i dont get on here much anymore.
anyway, i looked through the records, and if i did my homework right, i did ship them out to you. now what happened from there i dont know, as i didnt hear anything after that. in any case, if you would like, i would like a chance to make it right. please contact me via pm.

Well I'm not sure whom I dealt with before at XtreemThrottle Inc, however over the past 24 hours I worked with Dave on this issue and needless to say its refreshing to see a company care about its customers. Dave made sure that we worked out the order mishap and I am now a happy camper. I will be looking to order from XtreemThrottle again in the near future Thanks Dave @extreemthrottle !
