I'm assuming your having problems with the expansion chamber rubbing on things around it and not the head pipe itself. You should notice a dimple in the expansion chamber shortly after the coupler, twist the chamber so that the dimple lines up to where the motor mount was rubbing and then tighten the coupler down. That should solve your problems. :Banane01:

Your water routing looks good for single cooling. You want the headpipe to fill from the bottom.

my dad is being weird and is like the water routing they say is wat were going to do. so how much temp differences will it make if i route it feeding from the bottom. right now its feeding from the top?????

I had mine routed the way FP instructs and it worked well. I changed it yesterday to having it like you diagram and the water from the pisser seemed like it was much hotter than before. It may be the warmer water temps but I'd swear it was about 20 degrees hotter, pretty much too hot to touch and not feeling good on the bare leg.

I just fitted a new B pipe today to my 05 superjet and found the chamber rubbed on the side of the hull,

I just added a little piece of turf under the left hand side of the water box and it lifted the chamber of the side of the hull.
