i purchased my ski off of craigslist about 6 months ago. it was stock besides a west coast velocity stack. when i saw the pics of the ski on craigslist it had a ocean pro high compression head and when i went to buy the head was taken off and a stock one in its place. i heard it run and knowing a little about 2 strokes i thought it sounded fine. after putting it in water i noticed when i really tried to go for it like popping out of the water it would almost fall on its face. thinking it was old gas i didnt put to much thought into it. well... me and my dad put a flush kit on it today and water started pissin out of the front and the back of the head hahaha. i removed the head and as i figured the cylinder was half full. im assuming the dude i got it from swapped the heads without prep trying to keep the ocean pro. well i ended up with the ocean pro head and i happened to have a gasket just in case i ever wanted to install it. i put it all together and the ski sounds awesome no more throttle lag and im stoked. i just wonder what the ski will run like under load and am looking for pointers on how to tune or what screw is the low high etc any help on tuning would be cool so when im on the lake im not clueless.... im not sure of what type of carb it is some moron painted it but i has one adj screw on the front and two on the back..
