SXR Factory Pipe Manifold In Pieces!

So thought i would post what i've been through with factory pipe.

first off my manifold dynamited last week

Has anyone ever had this happen??
they told me that they haven't had any back that look like this. then they reviewed about 10 pictures i sent them in came up with a reason why it broke. they said my bolts that hold the head pipe on were loose and thats what made it break...
Funny thing is when i took it off the bolts were so tight they were almost fused on there.

Has anyone else had to deal with factory pipe and/or had this happen????

Wowzers! I've had good dealings with factory pipe. Sent them a chamber I bought used a few years back that had a weld crack. They fixed it and sent it back. Cindy is a real biotch tho

Really well thats encouraging to hear but YA!!! I'm not the only one that thinks that ^ , thank you!! she told me that some guy has to come in and look at it and i said can you have him call me, she said no na a thats not how it works, and that every thing has to go through her. she said that she has no say what happens with warranty, so why am i talking to her i just want to talk with the guy that does the evaluating on it!

Not to impressed with how they are handling this!

They're maybe an hour away and I needed some stuff, so I called an made sure they had it, she said yup we got it. Perfect, I'll be there in 45-60. She proceeds to tell me NO, we don't do retail from here. Uhhh, ok, that makes sense. Then I inform her that where I worked were setup as a dealer, still no. Ok then what's our dealer cost. Dealer cost, we no longer offer dealer pricing. Ok then f'k you is what I wanted to say. Unless your buying 20+ pipes like blowsion or riva they could care less. Even they don't get the pricing they used to. Not to mention they build the power factors for Baxter. They've got the market monopolized unfortunately
