can anybody tell me what the difference beetween the limited and teh limited cut1.5". i have a completly stock motor wich one would be better? thanks

This has been discussed so many times it should be a sticky.

You will get different opinions but here is how I look at it when deciding:
96-up SJ or 62T cases/61X cyl = Mod pipe
90-95 SJ or 61X cases/61X cyl = Limited pipe

The limited pipe raises the powerband a little to take advantage of the larger cases and twin carbs. The Limited pipe will yield slightly more bottom end.

thanks for the reply sanford but is it power i can feel in the bottom end and is it one of those things thats gonna make me feel bad for not spending the extra 30 bones to get the limited. cause i see the thwy both fit both

To be honest, I've never tried the two back-to-back on the same ski. I had the limited on my 61x/61x SJ and when I recently built my new SJ (62t/61x) I went with the shorter mod version. Can't really compare the two because they are setup differently in many ways but they both had great bottom end.

You still haven't said what year/motor you have.
