Super Jet Factory pipe screws seized up fix?

How does this kit work does it enlarge the hole than I re-tap. or do I need to get the screws out with out enlarging the hole and than clean the threads up with provided tap?

Anyone have luck removing the screw? Looks like someone already tried and said it.

I think I figured it out. Looks like there over-sized adjusters

Put the headpipe in the oven, for 45min at 200 deg c.
i worked for one of my B pipes.
This will expand the alloy head pipe, more than the stainless steel screw and possible make yours possible to get out.

Mount the new ones with copper anti-seize, should never happen again
