You can also buy a TnT pipe for not much more and get significantly more power.

Why worry about a B pipe when you can have a PFP? It's really not that much more and can run well on any engine. Then when you go with a bigger motor there is no need for an exhaust change.

Seriously!?!? Double the price AND requires a special fuel tank. Not even close to the same price.

@SpaceCowboy Are you implying a pfp would be beneficial on a even a ported 61x/61x with a single 44 mm carb compared to a B pipe?

Possibly. I haven't done any research personally on that. I have owned a 781 maniac motor and it gained quite a bit with a PFP. I be interested to see that same motor run or a smaller motor run with the PFP setup wet.

Again the smallest motor I have owned is a 781 and I've never had a b pipe but I've rode many skis with them. I rode my 781 before I put the PFP and dropped it in my ski and it ran better than the b piped version. This is also before I ported my PFP manifold.

All I'm saying is the PFP has more potential and I really think properly setup it will out perform a b pipe.

Well I'm screwed, I emailed blowsion today about my $1k+ order that they still have not shipped out, and what they said is this

"It is looking like we are going to have the heads available in about 2-weeks, they are at anodizing right now. just waiting for them to come back so we can package. As for pipe/exhausts, we spoke to Factory Pipe yesterday and they are hoping for some production to be shipping towards the middle of next month., however they have been continually telling us the same thing for several months. We are a little more optimistic that they will be on target as they have at least some partial components in stock."
