300/440/550 factory pipe

What is the best pipe for a550 Reed motor. The regular factory pipe or butch racing version? They look to be a bit different in design. Maybe not. Anyone have an opinion

the PJS reed pipe was specifically designed for the PJS reed cylinders, so pjs must have determined that those were best.
the coffman classic & manifold added 8.8 hp to the 91 reed motor.
coffman climax 1/2 pipe added 5 hp.

I will have to keep a look out for those. How about the factory brand pipe

both the half pipe and full pipe can make good power.. it all depends on how the ski is set up and which pump you are running...half pipes are longer which will bring the power band down and will perform best with a 550 pump.. full pipes like the pjs 2500 reed pipe are better suited with a 440 pump
