Good. Give me a refund. It takes less than 30 seconds to reply to a message. No one is that busy. I think it’s ironic that you now are doing something after I started a case. All you had to do was send my money back but instead you ignored me. This is why I never send gift through PayPal.

I'm not sure why my thread turned into a Buyer/Seller Feedback thread, but I feel the need to defend myself here. Mods can move this to the appropriate section.
Everything was going fine and Veedubs was understanding when I sent to the wrong customer. I made a new set ASAP and shipped out to him. The 2nd set of tags were lost at the post office and so I offered to ship the next business day. See below for the image Veedubs sent to me. I'm not sure if the winter storm could've impacted this, but the tracking # is registered in their system. I think the post office is notoriously bad as i've learned. The place has terrible reviews compared to my home post office.

Friday: So the reality came that the tags were lost and I thought "maybe I should just refund him". But he was very patient with me so I told him that I would send another set on Monday and then I left the city for the weekend.
Veedubs requested a refund at 10:41 AM via X-h2o PM on Saturday.
Veedubs accused me of scamming him (on my thread) at 11:16 AM on Saturday
Veedubs starts a claim at 9:29 AM on Sunday
I'm eating my breakfast and I see a notification for PayPal dispute. I log on to X-h2o to see a storm of replies and PM's. I don't see an option to refund via PayPal iPhone app. So I ask someone to borrow their laptop. I refund him at 11:15 AM.
I want to make everyone happy and I have no reason to "scam" anyone. I'm NOT making record profits here

Yes, my life is that busy. I actually have to work full-time for a living. The reality is that I can only provide limited attention to what I do here. I ship 1-2 days a week and I usually check my emails once a day and that is enough for 99.9% of customers. I'm sorry things didn't work out well.
