It all went south for me when you stopped communication. I asked for a refund and you went silent. That is a red flag to me. I appreciate the refund and I’m sorry it went this way. Maybe update your introduction to let people know your a Monday thru Friday business. I too work full time so you’ll get no sympathy from me there. It’s not too much to ask for a response or a Saturday. You have the whole world in your hands in the form of a cell phone. It’s takes no time at all to respond and say you’ll deal with it on Monday.
