Factory wet pipe install cooling lines

Help....

I have just installed a new Factory pip on my 2008 SXR 800 that is completely stock, i am confused with how to setup the cooling lines, seems like everyone has a different approach and the Factory instructions are a bit confusing.

Can someone help with some info on how they recommend to route them using a stock head??

Per Factory specs

Water inlet (when standing in tray it's on the left next to the tool case) feeds bottom of manifold.

Front cylinder feeds bottom of the head pipe

Top of the head pipe routes out the back water outlet (when standing in tray its on the right next to the battery)

Rear cylinder uses the existing line that goes to the pisser in the front. Follow that line up the side and cut it in the area between the front of the engine and gas tank. This is where your "T" fitting goes. The supplied new blue line comes off the leg of the T and goes down to feed the stinger on the bottom of the pipe.

NorrisMike, Thanks for the info. your explanation of the Factory instructions is much easier to read. Seems like everyone has a different approach on how the lines should be routed.
