Fast Elements customer service

I feel your pain. Making this thread was the only way i finally got in contact with them. Amazing how they answer the phone once they get put on blast on the web. Hope all ends up well for you, i got refunded for most of my poop and the other stuff was similar items to what i ordered but it wasnt what i actually wanted. Good luck

Im partially relieved to say that minutes after posting here today that Steve contacted me and my order has now been shipped and got me a tracking number. the parts wont be here in time for when i needed them but at least he didn't just take my money and run, which it was starting to feel like.

Thought I would pass along that he said they are moving and that their phones are down as they are moving.

I feel bad for bashing on peoples rep here like I did but after an entire month has gone by with little to no communication, I think anyone would have something to say about it....

I wouldn't feel bad at all! Hold them (and everyone else) to the fire. I don't care about peoples reasons....unless it is they are sick or dead. I have read far too many threads like this about them. I won't chance a order ever.
 
Glad you finally got it settled . The whole "moving" thing is a little off putting to me because that was the excuse i got months ago. It is your stuff and you paid for it, you shoulnt have to feel bad. Anyways, good luck with gettin your ski back in the water!

Dec he moved homes, last few weeks he moved warehouse. I live down the street and it was hard for me to even meet up with Steve to get parts. The guys not lazy, just super busy right now. For what it's worth..

Lazy and 100% careless on orders he accepts seems totally different to me.

I bet fay lazy people can ship stuff fast.....

I never ever considered laziness as a factor on any of these bad feedback threads I read....about anyone.
 
Steve is not lazy. He gives back to and invests in local ride groups. This is not to say you guys haven't had issues, or to discredit your complaints.
I can just assure that it is not from a lack of character on Steve's part.

I had consistent issues with Fast Elements. After 1 year of struggling to get an email or call out of them, I just gave up altogether. Seems like they have no organization, I hope they realize that and improve...
