did fast elements go under or what? The site is down and orders i have placed weeks ago have not come in. i called 3 weeks ago about the order and i was told its processing and to check web site for tracking info. i have called several time since then with no answer. Was charged soon after my order was placed.

Sorry guys, someone just shot me a message about this. We were updating our site and had a server problem. Had to backup the database and now waiting on the hosting company. Should be back up Monday is what I'm told from our IT department.

Thanks for clearing the air. Glad everything is still up. Stomach sank when I had the thought that a good company could go under. Got a PM from him and everything is being cleared up on my order.

I placed an order over the phone on Wednesday and it shipped out same day.. IMO over the phone ordering is the way to go cuz you actually get to talk to a person..
