Other Fast elements

Anybody been able to get ahold of fast elements lately? Tried emailing and calling but haven't gotten an answer. I'm not bashing them just trying to figure how I can get in contact.

I order a Hooker prop a few weeks ago. I call a few time with no answer, but as soon as I left a message he called right back. Got my prop in 3 days!
