I purchased an h2o fuel tank through the fast elements web site on the 30th of December I paid for it in full at the time, at no point did it say there was a waiting time on it, it's now been over seven weeks and I still haven't received it.
I have emailed them and to be fair they do get back to me but I just keep getting told it should be shipped in 2 weeks , I think I've been more than patient up until now but I'm beginning to get a bit annoyed. I'm not trying to stir trouble but would just like my product.

I've been in contact with fast elements I keep getting told its 2 weeks away or its been shipped, it's now nearly 3 months and I've still not received it was also told I would receive a shipping refund this has not happened, I've been offered a full refund but then Ive just wasted all this time for nothing. Not impressed especially as you can still go on the website and order one ? Doesn't make sense
